The second day of Week 5 of the Athletes Unlimited Softball league starts with a matchup between Team Purple and Team Orange. It is the last weekend of the league so you're not going to want to miss a moment. Team Purple was the team that got a win on Friday. They beat Team Gold 5-4 led by captain Haylie McCleney, an Olympic medalist outfielder for Team USA. Team Purple went up 4-0 at one point but Team Gold was ready for a fight and climbed its way back to tie the game at four. Team Purple persevered in the end though and scored the winning run in the bottom of the fifth. Outfielder Shannon Rhodes was the MVP of the game hitting two homers as she contends at the top of the Athletes Unlimited leaderboard.
